Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Black Tide Peptide Forum website and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Forum Access & Membership

Access to the Black Tide Forum is by request only. Submitting an access request does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to approve or deny any access request at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

If granted access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to share your account credentials, transfer your membership, or allow others to access the Platform using your account.

Acceptable Use & Conduct

All content on the Platform created by Black Tide — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and organizational structure — is owned by Black Tide or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including forum posts, messages, and other contributions), you grant Black Tide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party or these Terms.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLACK TIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THEREON.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to access the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, including for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive any termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members through the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
